It has been an arduous task getting used to your new world, but its not unbearable. You are—after all—an octopus. Adaptable, Brave, and Capable—not just aspirational traits, but requirements to live among the harsh and chaotic coral reefs of your home realm. There was a place brimming with predators, where an off wave of a tentacle could alert your presence to creatures miles away.
This world is just as chaotic, but in its own way. You’ve seen cities filled with all kinds of people, experienced environments you once could not even dream of, and have become enamoured with the magic that permeates this world. So much so that you’ve made a living of it.
